Turkey Burgers with Roasted Red Pepper Feta Sauce

4 Butterball Turkey Burgers1 ½ cups crumbled feta cheese½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt2 Tbsp. olive oil2 cloves garlic, minced1 whole jar roasted red pepper, roughly choppedJuice of ½ a lemonSalt to taste


  1. BBQ/Skillet/Broil: Lightly brush FROZEN turkey burgers with vegetable oil.

  2. Using medium heat, cook turkey burgers for 5 minutes on one side.
  3. Turn turkey burgers and cook for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  4. Center of turkey burger must be minimum 165°F (74°C) on a meat thermometer.
  5. Blend all remaining ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Use on turkey burgers, as a dip, or anywhere else that can use a bit of deliciousness!
