Turkey, Bacon and Avocado Grilled Cheese

¼ cup butter, softened8 slices of Italian style white breadBrie cheese½ lb cooked Butterball Seasoned Boneless White Turkey Breast, sliced8 strips cooked Butterball Turkey bacon1 avocado, sliced


  1. Butter one side of each piece of bread.

  2. On one slice of bread, butter facing out, layer: 1 oz (28 g) of brie, 1/4 of the turkey, 2 strips of turkey bacon, ¼ of the avocado slices and another Brie cheese.
  3. Top with another piece of bread. Make sure the buttered sides are facing out. Repeat three more times to make 4 sandwiches in total.
  4. Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
  5. Place two sandwiches in the non-stick skillet and cook covered for 2 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
