Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
Butter one side of each piece of bread.
- On one slice of bread, butter facing out, layer: 1 oz (28 g) of brie, 1/4 of the turkey, 2 strips of turkey bacon, ¼ of the avocado slices and another Brie cheese.
- Top with another piece of bread. Make sure the buttered sides are facing out. Repeat three more times to make 4 sandwiches in total.
- Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Place two sandwiches in the non-stick skillet and cook covered for 2 minutes on each side or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
