Stuffed Turkey Breast Pinwheels

Butterball Boneless Turkey Breast1 cup marble cheese, sliced2 bell peppers, sliced1 Tbsp poultry rub6 strands butcher string


  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 480°F (250°C)

  2. Using a sharp knife, slice the turkey breast in half, but not completely. Fold it over, placing saran wrap on top, and using a tenderizer begin tenderizing the turkey breast to flatten it out evenly.
  3. Add cheese and bell peppers and begin rolling your stuffed turkey pinwheel, securing with butcher string. (PRO TIP: Leave about 2” empty of stuffing. As you roll, the ingredients push down, giving you space)
  4. Coat with your poultry rub, or just use salt and pepper.
  5. You can either grill the breasts as a whole or cut them into your pinwheels. Grill until the center of the breast reaches 165°F (74°C) with a meat thermometer. Enjoy!
