Begin by making the balsamic vinaigrette. Whisk together vinegar, Dijon, maple syrup, and olive oil until well emulsified. Season with pinch of salt, then set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cubed Butterball turkey ham, spinach, radicchio, and strawberries. Season with pinch of salt, then spoon on dressing. Toss gently, then transfer to a serving platter.
- Top with torn pieces of gorgonzola cheese, then sprinkle finely chopped pistachios.
