Quick Turkey Tikka Masala

Ingredients

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
1 lb Butterball bone in turkey breast⅓ cup prepared tikka masala paste2 tbsp salted butter1 cup canned tomato puree½ cup half and half creamGarnish: ¼ cup fresh cilantro (optional)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, toss together turkey breast and tikka masala paste until turkey is coated.

  2. Melt butter in a large pan, over medium-high heat. Brown the turkey on each side, around 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in tomato puree, turn burner to low heat, cover and let cook for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in cream and cook covered for another 10 minutes. Garnish with cilantro and serve with rice.
