One-Pot Turkey Pad Thai

Ingredients

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
1 cups bottled pad Thai saucethick rice noodles, soaked in cold water and drained1 lb Butterball bone in thigh, fully cooked and cut into pieces2 cups bean sprouts½ cup sliced green onionsGarnish: ¼ cup each crushed peanuts, fresh cilantro and lime wedges

Directions

  1. In a medium sized pot over medium-high heat, mix together pad Thai sauce and rice noodles that have been soaked in cold water.

  2. Cook for one minute or until noodles are soft. Mix in turkey, bean sprouts, and green onions.
  3. Cook for one minute stirring constantly. Serve in a bowl and garnish with peanuts, cilantro and lime wedges.
