One-Pot Turkey Pad Thai

1 lb Butterball bone-in turkey thigh, fully cooked and cut into pieces1 cup bottled pad Thai sauceThick rice noodles, soaked in cold water and drained2 cups bean sprouts½ cup sliced green onionsGarnish: ¼ cup each crushed peanuts, fresh cilantro and lime wedges


  1. In a medium sized pot over medium-high heat, mix together pad Thai sauce and rice noodles that have been soaked in cold water.

  2. Cook for one minute or until noodles are soft. Mix in turkey, bean sprouts, and green onions.
  3. Cook for one minute stirring constantly. Serve in a bowl and garnish with peanuts, cilantro and lime wedges.
