Nancy’s Turkey Sandwich

TLC Roasted Garlic Mayo

10 cloves garlic, peeled and left whole¼ cup extra virgin olive oil2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard2 cups high-quality mayonnaise1 tsp. kosher salt1-2 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper

Nancy's Turkey Sandwich

1.5 lb roasted and sliced Butterball turkey, divided1 cup turkey stuffing, divided4 fresh slices of bread4 Tbsp. whole cranberry sauce, divided¼ cup TLC roasted garlic mayo, divided (recipe below)4 whole lettuce leaves, divided


    TLC Roasted Garlic Mayo

  1. Place garlic cloves and olive oil in a small saucepan. Simmer until garlic becomes golden and soft, approximately 10-15 min. Set aside to cool.

  2. In a food processor, fitted with a metal blade, place Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, kosher salt, pepper and lemon juice. Using a slotted spoon, add garlic reserving oil. Process until smooth, drizzling 1-2 tablespoons reserved garlic oil until smooth. Taste and correct seasoning.

  4. Place pieces of bread on a large cutting board. Spread ample amount of TLC Roasted Garlic Mayo on both sides. Spoon cranberry sauce on one side and spread evenly. Crumble stuffing over cranberry sauce, followed with sliced turkey. Pack on lettuce leaves, then follow with prepared slice of bread on top. Press gently, slice in half, and serve with additional cranberry sauce on the side.

  5. *TLC Roasted Garlic mayo keeps in the fridge for up to a week.
