Mexicali Turkey Wraps

Ingredients

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
1 ½ cups Leftover Butterball turkey, shredded (cooked)6 (8-inch) whole wheat flour tortillas1 container guacamole1 ½ cups shredded lettuce6 Tbsp. canned black beans, rinsed, drained6 Tbsp. frozen corn, thawed, drained6 Tbsp. prepared salsa6 Tbsp. crumbled queso fresco cheese

Directions

  1. For each wrap, spread one tortilla with 2 tablespoons of guacamole to within ¼ inch of edge.

  2. Cover with ¼ cup lettuce, pressing lightly into guacamole.
  3. Top with ¼ cup turkey and 1 tablespoons each beans, corn, salsa and cheese.
  4. Roll up tortilla tightly. Cut diagonally in half to serve.
