Maple-Glazed Turkey Bacon-Wrapped Scallops

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
6 slices Butterball Turkey Bacon12 large scallops (about 1lb.)½ tsp kosher salt3 Tbsp. maple syrupFresh black pepperChives, minced


  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Slice Butterball turkey bacon in half lengthwise to make 12 strips and arrange on prepared baking sheet. Brush with 1 tbsp. maple syrup and bake for 6 minutes. Brush with one tablespoon maple syrup and bake 2 minutes more.

  3. Pat scallops dry with paper towels and season with salt. When turkey bacon is cool enough to handle, wrap one strip snugly around each scallop and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining scallops, return them to the same baking sheet. Brush with remaining maple syrup.

  4. Bake scallops for about 8 minutes, until internal temperature reaches about 120ºF. Sprinkle with pepper and/or chives for serving, optional.
