Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Slice Butterball turkey bacon in half lengthwise to make 12 strips and arrange on prepared baking sheet. Brush with 1 tbsp. maple syrup and bake for 6 minutes. Brush with one tablespoon maple syrup and bake 2 minutes more.
Pat scallops dry with paper towels and season with salt. When turkey bacon is cool enough to handle, wrap one strip snugly around each scallop and secure with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining scallops, return them to the same baking sheet. Brush with remaining maple syrup.
Bake scallops for about 8 minutes, until internal temperature reaches about 120ºF. Sprinkle with pepper and/or chives for serving, optional.
