Maple-Butter Glazed Roasted Turkey Breast

Ingredients

1 Butterball Boneless Turkey Breast (Roast)1 Tbsp. cooking oil⅓ cup maple syrup2 Tbsp. butter1 Tbsp. grainy mustard

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Place frozen turkey breast (netting still on) on rack in shallow roasting pan. Brush with oil. Cook uncovered for 3 1/2 hours.

  2. Combine maple syrup, butter and mustard in a small saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat until butter is melted and mixture thickens slightly.
  3. Brush maple glaze over roast and continue cooking for 30 minutes more or golden brown and meat thermometer reads 165°F.
  4. Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes before removing the netting and slicing.
  5. Add ¼ cup of water to remaining glaze and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes or until syrupy again and serve drizzled over turkey.
