Mango Fruit Salad

Prep time 20 minutes       Serves 8 persons


 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
½ cup apricot preserves¼ tsp. grated lime peel1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice2 large mangoes, peeled, pitted and cut into chunks3 kiwis, peeled, cut into chunks1 cup fresh blueberries


  1. Whisk apricot preserves, lime peel and lime juice in medium bowl until well blended.

  2. Add mangos, kiwis and blueberries; mix lightly.
  3. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
