1 cup Butterball turkey leftovers, cooked and sliced1/2 cup Butterball Stuffing, leftovers3 slices Dempster's White Bread2 tbsp butter1/4 cup mayo1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded2 slices tomato2 slices Provolone cheese¼ cup pancetta, cooked

  1. Using a cookie cutter, cut out a hole into each slice of Dempster's White Bread. Divide the leftover stuffing evenly into each hole, then press down and into shape.

  2. In a skillet, heat butter over medium low then add the bread. Cook for 2 minutes, then flip and cook for another minute or so - or until golden brown and crispy.
  3. To build the sandwich, spread some mayo on each slice of the crispy bread. Top two of the slices with lettuce, tomato, turkey, cheese, and pancetta. Then top with the other slice of bread (mayo side down) and carefully cut into half. Serve with crispy potato chips and enjoy! P.S. you'll need napkins!!
