Jamaican Jerk Turkey Drum

Ingredients

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
1 lb Butterball turkey drums¼ cup Jamaican jerk spice rub2 cups vegetable broth1 cup dry jasmine rice2 cups frozen lima beansGarnish: ¼ cup each hot sauce and sliced green onions

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C). Rub half of the Jerk spice rub on the drumsticks.

  2. In a 9x13” baking dish, stir the remaining spice rub in with the vegetable broth, rice and lima beans. Place drumsticks on top of the rice/broth, cover and bake for 1 hour.
  3. Garnish with hot sauce and sliced green onions.
