Honey Citrus Glazed Turkey Roast

1 Butterball Seasoned Boneless Turkey Breast Roast2 tsp. olive oil1/4 cup honeyJuice of 1 orangeJuice of 1/2 lemon3 Tbsp. soy sauce1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce3 Tbsp. butter1 Tbsp. finely chopped rosemary1 tsp. grated ginger


  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Place frozen turkey roast in the centre of a roasting tray, and rub all sides with olive oil. Place in oven and bake for 3 hours.

  3. In a saucepan, add honey, orange juice, lemon juice, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, butter, rosemary, and grated ginger. Simmer for 4-5 minutes on medium heat until slightly thickened. Set aside.

  4. After 3 hours, remove turkey from oven and brush glaze all over. Return to oven, and continue baking for an hour.. The roast is ready when the internal temperature is 165 °F. Allow resting for 10-15 minutes before removing netting and slicing.
