Hawaiian Halloween Pizza

Ingredients

 Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
Your favourite store-bought dough/flatbread if you don’t have time for fresh doughFor Fresh Dough:3 ½ cups all-purpose flour, more for dusting1 packet active dry yeast2 tsp granulated sugar1 ⅓ cup lukewarm water1 Tbsp kosher saltTopping:1 Butterball Extra-Lean Turkey Ham1/2 cup tomato sauce2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded1 red or orange bell pepper¼ cup black olives, sliced3 canned pineapple rings

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350˚F/176˚C.

  2. Using a stand mixer with a dough hook attachment, mix flour, yeast, sugar and water for 3 minutes. Add salt and continue to mix for another 8 minutes.

  3. On a flour dusted work surface, roll dough to desired thickness and shape. Place onto a parchment lined baking sheet or frying pan. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.

  4. To create the ham and pineapple pumpkin topping, cut ham into a circle to fit the inside of the pineapple ring. Then, cut bell pepper into small triangles for eyes and mouth.

  5. To create the mummy topping, slice ham and cut a mummy out of ham using a gingerbread cookie cutter. Cover mummy with cheese.

  6. To create the spider topping, cut pepper into 1-inch-wide circle. Halve olive slices to create spider legs. Cut olive into 4 square pieces for eyes.

  7. Assemble pizzas with sauce, cheese and toppings, and bake for 30 minutes.
