Grilled Turkey Tacos

1 Butterball Boneless turkey roast

Grilling Sauce:

1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. onion powder1 tsp. paprika1 tsp. oregano1/2 tsp. cinnamon3 Tbsp. olive oil1 lime juiced, zested1 Tbsp. adobo sauce1 clove garlic minced


1 pineapple, sliced, grilled and finely chopped1 avocado1 lemon1 white onion, finely chopped1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped8 tortillas, grilled


  1. Preheat your oven or grill to 325°F.

  2. Cook roast for 2.5 hours, then remove and rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Slice into 1" steaks. In a mixing bowl, combine the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, cinnamon, olive oil, lime juice/zest, adobo, and garlic and mix well.
  4. Coat each steak with the mixture, then cook on a medium/high grill for 4-5 minutes per side to achieve golden brown grill marks, then set aside. Chop into 1/2" pieces for the tacos.
  5. To serve, whip the avocado and lemon together with a pinch of salt, then spread on the bottom of each grilled tortilla. Top with the chopped turkey, grilled pineapple, finely chopped onions, and fresh cilantro. Serve with fresh limes and enjoy!
