Greek Turkey Breast Kabobs

2 Butterball Easy Fresh Skinless Boneless Turkey Breasts1 cup regular, full-fat yogurt (do not use Greek yogurt)1/3 cup olive oilJuice and zest of one lemon3 cloves garlic, minced1 Tbsp dried oregano1/4 teaspoon of saltPinch of cumin


  1. Cut the turkey breasts into 1-inch pieces and place in a baking dish.

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients on top of the turkey and mix well, ensuring that the turkey is thoroughly coated. Place in refrigerator to marinate for at least one hour and up to overnight.
  3. Heat grill to medium.
  4. Thread the turkey pieces onto skewers.
  5. BBQ the turkey kabobs, turning once, for around 10 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Squeeze some lemon juice onto the finished kabobs.
  7. Serve with hummus, tzatziki, and pita.
