Preheat BBQ to 400°F.
- In a medium-sized skillet, on medium-high heat, bring water, tomato paste and all the spices to a simmer.
- Once simmering, add ground turkey and break up while stirring. Stir every 3 minutes until fully cooked. Reduce heat to low and stir until thickened to desired consistency.
- Grill franks for 3 minutes on each side.
- Assemble buns with the sausage, cover in turkey Chili mixture, drizzle ballpark mustard, and sprinkle raw diced onion on top.
