Cheesy Garlic Bread Turkey Franks by Chef Shahir Massoud

8 Butterball Turkey Franks8 hot dog buns1/3 cup butter, melted4 cloves garlic, finely minced1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped2 cups mozzarella, grated2 cups cheddar, grated

Garnish (Optional):

Extra parsley, for sprinklingCrispy onionsHot peppers


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Cook Butterball turkey franks to package directions.
  3. Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley together. Place opened hot dog buns on a sheet tray, then use a pastry brush to spread garlic butter all over the buns. Top each bun with mozzarella cheese, then place a cooked Butterball Turkey Frank into each. Top with cheddar cheese. Transfer to the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted.
  4. Remove and garnish with more parsley, and some crispy onions and hot peppers to taste. Enjoy!
