BBQ Turkey Skewers Marinated with Maple Syrup

1 Butterball Easy Fresh Turkey Breast cut into cubes2 Tbsp. maple syrup1 garlic clove, crushed3 Tbsp.olive oil1 tsp. fresh lemon juice1 tsp. Montreal steak spices


  1. In a bowl, combine turkey, maple syrup, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and Montreal steak spices. Before marinating the turkey, set aside a small amount of the marinade. Use it later to brush the meat as it grills for extra flavor

  2. Cover with plastic wrap and store in fridge for at least 2h, up to 12 h.
  3. Preheat BBQ to high heat. Brush, clean and oil the grills.
  4. Remove the turkey from the fridge, stack the cubed turkey breast on the skewer. Repeat the process, you should have enough meat to make 4 skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until turkey is cooked at 74 °C (165 °F). Set aside on a plate and cover with foil for at least 5 minutes before serving with your favorite grilled veggies
