Select the items you need and print a shopping list.
In a bowl, combine turkey, maple syrup, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and Montreal steak spices. Before marinating the turkey, set aside a small amount of the marinade. Use it later to brush the meat as it grills for extra flavor
- Cover with plastic wrap and store in fridge for at least 2h, up to 12 h.
- Preheat BBQ to high heat. Brush, clean and oil the grills.
- Remove the turkey from the fridge, stack the cubed turkey breast on the skewer. Repeat the process, you should have enough meat to make 4 skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until turkey is cooked at 74 °C (165 °F). Set aside on a plate and cover with foil for at least 5 minutes before serving with your favorite grilled veggies
