Air-Fryer Turkey Popcorn

Serves 4 People

1 Butterball Easy Fresh turkey breast, cut into 1-inch chunks21/2cups panko1 cup all-purpose flour3 eggs, beaten1/2 cup buttermilk1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. onion powder1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper1/2 tsp. saltCanola or other oil in an oil mister

Dip ingredients:

1/2 cup mayonnaise1/2 cup sour cream1 tsp. dried chives1 tsp. dried parsley1 tsp. dried dillSalt and pepper to taste


  1. Set T-Fal air fryer to 190°C.

  2. Lightly beat the eggs and buttermilk together in a small bowl.
  3. Place panko and flour each in separate small bowls. Season flour with garlic and onion powders, cayenne, and salt.
  4. Dip each turkey piece first into the seasoned flour, then into the egg and buttermilk mixture, then into the panko.
  5. Working in batches, place turkey pieces into the air fryer and mist generously with oil.
  6. Air fry at 190°C for around 5-7 minutes or until coating is browned; flip turkey pieces, mist with oil, and air fry for another 5 minutes.
  7. While turkey is in the air fryer, make the ranch-style dip by combining all the dip ingredients.
