Directions
Preheat oven to 325°F/163°C (or as directed on package).
- In a small bowl, mix butter, orange zest, rosemary, and garlic to create compound butter.
- Place roast on roasting rack inside Dutch oven or roasting pan.
- Squeeze orange juice over roast, and place squeezed halves in the pot for added flavour.
- Season roast with salt and pepper.
- Spread compound butter evenly over the entire surface of the roast.
- Roast according to package instructions, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F/74°C at the thickest part.
- Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes before removing the netting and slicing. Enjoy!
