Directions
In a small saucepan over low heat, add the olive oil and garlic cloves. Simmer gently (do not boil) for 10–15 minutes, until the garlic is golden and soft.
- Let cool slightly, then transfer the garlic infused oil, butter, and dried herbs to a food processor. Blend until smooth and well combined. Set aside.
- Cook Butterball Applewood Smoked Turkey Bacon according to package directions in a pan or microwave, ensuring it’s heated to a minimum of 165°F (74°C). Do not overheat.
- Spread garlic herb butter generously on both cut sides of the baguette slices (toasting optional).
- Layer with 2 slices of turkey bacon, brie slices, and a small handful of arugula. Top with the other half of the baguette.
- Serve immediately or wrap and refrigerate for up to 1 day. Enjoy at room temperature or lightly warmed.
