Butterball Turkey Medallions

The perfect dinner for two, Butterball Fully Cooked Turkey Medallions will take date night to the next level.



  1. Preheat BBQ on high for 5 minutes.
  2. Turn down to low heat.
  3. Place Turkey Breast Medallions on grill and heat for 7-10 minutes per side.
  4. Heat to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  5. Skillet

  6. Preheat skillet to 400°F (205°C) and then turn down to medium heat (350°F or 175°C).
  7. Place Turkey Breast Medallions on the skillet and heat for 15-20 minutes, flipping the product frequently until heated through.
  8. Heat to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  9. Oven

  10. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  11. Place the Turkey Breast Medallions on lightly oiled baking sheet.
  12. Place the baking sheet in the center of oven uncovered.
  13. Heat for 25-30 minutes, turning once.
  14. Cook until thoroughly heated (internal temperature is 165°F/74°C).
