Boneless Turkey Thighs – Chili & Lime

You’ll be a dinnertime hero when you add Butterball turkey thighs to your dish. Seasoned to perfection with a pleasing pairing of chili and lime.


Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Move the oven rack to the bottom third of the oven. Remove packaging and place the thighs on a rack inside a shallow, roasting pan. Place in oven and roast for about 45 minutes; then check the temperature every 10 to 15 minutes until the turkey thighs are cooked through (180°F (82°C) in the thickest part). If the turkey thighs brown too quickly, cover with aluminum foil to prevent scorching. When cooked, remove from the oven and cover loosely with foil. For tender, juicy results let stand for about 15 minutes to allow time for juices to redistribute.
