Bone-In Turkey Breast – Black Pepper, Rosemary & Thyme

It’s easy to make any meal a treat with this tender, juicy Butterball turkey breast. Seasoned perfectly with a classic flavour combo of rosemary and thyme.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Move the oven rack to the bottom third of the oven. Remove packaging and place the breast on a rack inside a shallow, roasting pan. Place in oven and roast for about 45 minutes; then check the temperature every 10 to 15 minutes until the turkey thighs are cooked through (165°F (74°C) in the thickest part). If the turkey breast browns too quickly, cover with aluminum foil to prevent scorching. When cooked, remove from the oven and cover loosely with foil. For tender, juicy results let stand for about 15 minutes to allow time for juices to redistribute.
