Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

2 cups (500mL) Butterball ground turkey                  
1 cup (250mL) Rolled oats                                        
1/2 cup (125mL) Bread crumbs                                   
1/2 cup (125mL)Onion, chopped                                
1/2 cup (125mL) Celery, chopped                               
1/2 cup (125mL) Green bell pepper, chopped          
18 oz (500mL) Canned tomato sauce                    
1 Egg                                                      
1/2 tsp(2mL) Salt                                                     
1/4 tsp (1mL) Pepper                                               
1/4 cup (50mL) Mushroom soup                              

Preheat oven to 350ºF (175ºC)
In a large bowl, mix the egg into the ground turkey. Add all other ingredients except mushroom soup, mix and place in greased loaf pan. Spoon mushroom soup over ingredients in loaf pan.
Bake for 55-80 minutes.
